Why did you choose the University of Adelaide?
"I attended University Senior College in years 11 and 12 which gave me an insight into the facilities, staff and the environment of the university. Also, the staff at the Electronic Music Unit offer a unique course and I wanted to study my degree with their insight."

Why did you choose to study in Adelaide?
"Because the city is very accommodating to student life and is a great place be creative in."

What do you like best about the University of Adelaide?
"The Electronic Music Unit at the Elder Conservatorium, the libraries and the music lecturers."

What do you like best about your course?
"Its great variety of subjects presented, the amount of freedom in expression and the opportunity to gain a wide set of skills."

Has any one lecturer really inspired you? Why?
"Stephen Whittington, Christian Haines and Kimi Coaldrake have been the most inspirational teachers I have had to this day. They have directed me to paths that have been challenging, rewarding and incredibly nurturing for me."

What is the best thing about the campus you study on?
"Watching the city lights at midnight from practice rooms on high floors of the Schulz building."

What is the best thing about living in Adelaide?
"Having the time and space to develop as an independent adult and artist."

What do you do when you’re not studying?
"Reading and sitting with my cat."

What do you hope to do when you graduate?
"To continue my studies in a postgraduate level and to create a new space for young artists in Adelaide."

How is study in Australia different to studying in your home country?
"I have much more freedom in expression and much less negative surveillance of my behaviour and artistic output."
